1. Who we are

The webshop benjaprints.be is run by BENJA!, Jana Vander Aerschot (sole trader), Bennekensstraat 12, 2430 Eindhout, Belgium. Enterprise number 1041.374.875, VAT number BE1041.374.875. You can reach us at support@benjaprints.be. See also our contact page.

2. Products and prices

We design and 3D print our products ourselves. Because they're printed, small differences in colour or surface texture compared to the photos are possible; these don't count as defects.

All prices are in euro and include 21% Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Offers and promotions are valid while stock lasts and as described with the promotion.

3. Ordering and payment

You can pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Bancontact or iDEAL. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your order is confirmed once the payment has succeeded, and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. The contract is concluded at that moment.

If a product turns out to be unavailable, or an obvious pricing error was made, we'll contact you. You can then choose to wait, change your order or cancel it, and you'll get a full refund of anything paid for it.

4. Shipping and pick-up

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. Shipping costs EUR 5.95 within the Benelux and EUR 10 to France and Germany, and is free from EUR 75. Living nearby? You can also pick up your order for free in Eindhout, by appointment.

Every order is made and packed by us and usually ships within 3 to 5 working days, plus the carrier's delivery time. If an order will take noticeably longer, we'll let you know. We deliver at the latest within 30 days; if we can't, you may cancel the order and get a full refund.

Please check your parcel on arrival. If something is damaged or missing, let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a photo, so we can sort it out.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after you (or someone you named) received the products, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to cancel

Let us know within that period that you want to cancel, by e-mail to support@benjaprints.be. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Then send the products back within 14 days after letting us know, to Bennekensstraat 12, 2430 Eindhout, Belgium.

Costs and condition

You pay the cost of sending the products back. Please return them complete and handle them only as far as needed to check them, as you would in a shop. If they come back damaged or show more use than that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Refund

We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we've received the products back, or until you've shown that you've sent them. Partial returns get a partial refund; free shipping on an order then only stays free if the rest of the order still reaches the free shipping amount.

6. Guarantee

All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity: if a product is defective or doesn't match what we promised, we'll repair or replace it free of charge or, if that's not possible, refund it (fully or partly). Contact us as soon as possible after you notice the problem, ideally within two months, with your order number and a photo. Normal wear, accidents and misuse aren't covered.

7. Liability

Our products are accessories for tabletop and card games, not toys for young children: they contain small parts and small magnets, which can be dangerous if swallowed. Keep them out of reach of young children. We're not liable for damage caused by using a product for something it isn't meant for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

8. Questions and complaints

Not happy with something? Please e-mail us at support@benjaprints.be first; we'll answer within a few working days and do our best to find a solution. If we can't work it out together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).

9. Privacy

We only use your personal data to handle your order and as described in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the consumer law of your own country gives you. Disputes go to the competent court determined by law.
